Grow effective teams with Greg Mathers
To manage conflict, we first need to understand conflict and where it comes from

Much of building good teams is learning how to instigate and harness conflict so it is a constructive, creative force for positive change. During this session, we will look at two different sources of conflict. First we will explore the conflict inherent in the different roles that management must and how to manage it. And second, we will look at the affect structure plays in inhibiting team work and frustrating people. A correct structure will reinforce the capability for people to work together effectively.
